2. Eligibility. Open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, excluding New York and Florida, who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Sponsor, its affiliates, and members of their immediate households are not eligible. Void where prohibited.

3. Entry Period. The Entry Period opens when Drop 001 goes on sale at knightsbridgeandco.com and ends on the earlier of (a) the date all 425 numbered pieces of the Drop 001 apparel release have been sold, or (b) the outside end date published on this page when entries open (the "Entry Period").

4. How to Enter. (a) With purchase: each Drop 001 numbered tee purchased at knightsbridgeandco.com during the Entry Period automatically includes one (1) entry, associated with the numbered piece assigned in order of purchase. Limit ten (10) purchased pieces per person/household. (b) Free mail-in: hand-print your full name, mailing address, email, phone, and date of birth on a 3x5 card and mail it in a stamped envelope to the mail-in entry address published on this page when the Entry Period opens. One entry per envelope. Mail-in entries received during the Entry Period are assigned entry numbers in order of receipt, following the numbered run. Purchased and free entries have identical odds per entry.

5. Winner Selection. One (1) potential winner will be selected from all eligible entries by an independent random number generator in a live, recorded drawing held within fourteen (14) days of the close of the Entry Period. The drawing certificate will be published at knightsbridgeandco.com. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received (maximum 425 purchased entries plus eligible mail-in entries).

6. Prize. One (1) prize: a factory-new Rolex Datejust 41 wristwatch, full set with box and papers. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): approximately $11,000; the final stated ARV is published on this page before entries open. No cash alternative or substitution except at Sponsor's sole discretion or where required by law. Winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes; Sponsor will issue IRS Form 1099-MISC for the prize value. Prize shipped fully insured, adult signature required.

7. Winner Notification & Verification. The potential winner will be notified by email within seven (7) days of the drawing and must respond and complete an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release (except where prohibited) within seven (7) days of notification, or the prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner drawn from the remaining eligible entries.

8. Publicity. Except where prohibited, acceptance of the prize constitutes consent for Sponsor to use winner's first name, last initial, city, and state for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

9. General Conditions. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failure, or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs its integrity, in which case the winner will be selected from eligible entries received prior to the action taken. By entering, entrants release Sponsor and its officers, members, and agents from any liability arising from participation or prize acceptance, to the fullest extent permitted by law. These rules are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Sponsor's decisions are final on all matters relating to the Sweepstakes.
